Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping (Canada & USA): 5–10 business days

• International Shipping: 10–20 business days (times may vary by destination)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs, postal service disruptions, or weather conditions).
