Refund policy

EVADAM REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Evadam, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy below.

1. GENERAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase at no cost, provided they have not yet entered processing.

  • Processing Fee: If your order has already begun processing, cancellations will incur a $10 handling & processing fee per item. This covers non-refundable payment processing costs and fulfillment preparation.

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PRE-ORDERS & TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on your selected frequency. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

  • Cancellation Policy: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your order confirmation emails.

  • The Payment Cutoff: Once a subscription payment has been processed for the month, that order cannot be canceled or refunded. This is because payment triggers our automated fulfillment system to remove the item from inventory and prepare it for immediate shipment. Cancellations made after a payment is processed will apply to the next scheduled billing cycle.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are for out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available products. We may collect a deposit or full payment at checkout and fulfill the order at a future date.

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once the order has been fulfilled/shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund according to our hygiene policy below.

Try Before You Buy

We authorize your payment method before fulfillment. You will have a set period to decide if you want to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that window, your payment method will be charged the full amount.


3. REFUNDS & HYGIENE POLICY

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations regarding personal care and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available ONLY for unopened, unused items returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, sealed packaging and in the same condition you received it.

  • Process: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected to verify the seal is intact.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your product arrives physically damaged (broken glass, leaking), please contact us immediately at info@shopevadam.com.

Please Note: As outlined in our Terms of Service (Section 2), slight variations in product color, packaging, or fill gradient (e.g., single-tone vs. multi-tone) due to manufacturing updates do not qualify as "Incorrect Items" and are not eligible for a refund if the product has been opened.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used personal care products (for health/sanitary reasons)

  • Items where the seal is broken

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Gift cards and final sale items
